These are the ultimate power pancakes! Wholemeal flour AND protein powder?!
Total time: 20 minutes. Makes 8 large pancakes.
Materials: Mixing bowl; measuring vessels; frying pan. Missing materials or ingredients? Look here.
Ingredients (Substitutions):
- ¾ cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp molasses
- ¾ cup wholemeal flour
- 2 tbsp protein powder (can replace with flour)
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
- Whisk together wet ingredients, then add the flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
- Heat the frying pan and get to it!
