Wholemeal Protein Pancakes

These are the ultimate power pancakes! Wholemeal flour AND protein powder?!

Total time: 20 minutes. Makes 8 large pancakes.

Materials: Mixing bowl; measuring vessels; frying pan. Missing materials or ingredients? Look here.

Ingredients (Substitutions):

  • ¾ cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • ¾ cup wholemeal flour
  • 2 tbsp protein powder (can replace with flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together wet ingredients, then add the flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
  2. Heat the frying pan and get to it!
