Protein Options

Our banana breads and cookies have high-protein options! Our pumpernickel and soda breads are naturally high in protein and fiber.

Gluten Free Options

Our muffins and granola have gluten-free options. Keep in mind they are not certified gluten-free by a third party and are made in a kitchen that also processes wheat.

Environmental Impact

We use vegan protein powder and opt for oat milk over dairy whenever possible. Our packaging (except for granola bags) is certified compostable!

Our Services

Endurance Baking is a home-based bakery located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. We specialize in baked goods that are unique for their macronutrient profile or for their flavors. For example, we sell high-protein banana breads and cookies as well as pumpernickel bread.

We also host a blog with endurance sport training tips and endurance race reports such as long-distance triathlons and ultramarathons.

Sourcing

We source from trusted, high-quality local, Fairtrade, and organic suppliers.

Baking

We bake in a certified Cottage Food kitchen.

Packaging

We use compostable and recyclable packaging.

Selling

We deliver in the Cambridge area. We ship cookies and granola to the contiguous United States.
