I love these crackers so much. So wholesome. So crispy. Good straight up. Oh, and they have “Norwegian” in them, so they must make me a better athlete.
Total time (including baking): 45 minutes. Makes one sheet pan full.
Materials: Mixing bowl; sheet pan; measuring vessels; spatula. Missing materials or ingredients? Look here.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup spelt flour
- ¾ cup oats
- ⅓ cup wheat bran
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup flax seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 350˚F.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Let sit 15 minutes for the water to be absorbed.
- Spread onto sheet pan.
- Bake at 350˚F for about 10 minutes, take them out and score them into rectangles, then bake for another ~25 minutes until they’ve crisped! Let cool completely before eating or they will be chewy.
