Cookie tips:

  • Cookie doughs (and even baked cookies) are ideal for freezing so you can make cookies whenever you want.
  • If you have a toaster oven, you can also bake small batches of these in there without having to turn on your big oven.
  • Doing substitutions in cookies is really hard.
  • I highly recommend a scale. I guarantee your cookie will turn out differently than mine, especially if you don’t use a scale (also, not all my recipes have gram equivalents yet), so write down your measurements and if you don’t like the end product, make one slight change the next time.
