Scones

Always a delicious way to start off the day! Two tips for scones: keep things cold, and don’t be afraid to get your hands floury! The butter should always be cold, as should the other ingredients (especially the eggs, yogurt, or milk). These doughs are soft and benefit greatly from being placed on a very floury board before being cut into shapes. Many of these scone recipes would go well with Maple Tahini Glaze as well.
