We use organic, non-GMO, Fair Trade, and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Not only are these ingredients healthier but they are also more environmentally friendly.
For example, we use organic flour from King Arthur Flour, organic maple syrup from Vermont Maple Direct, and Fair Trade certified Guittard chocolate.
