Here are the icings, fillings, frostings, and glazes that accompany cakes and scones, or could be enjoyed straight up! I’m never sure what to call “icing” and what to call “frosting”, so I ended up calling the ones “frosting” that tend to hold their shape better and can be piped if you’re into that sort of cake decorating.
